File Vault is a sister company of Creative Office Systems, Inc. which has exclusively represented TAB Products Company since 1982. TAB is an international company founded in 1949 and is the industry recognized leader in the field of Records Management. Creative Office Systems, Inc. provides systems to more efficiently store and organize active critical documents to the Health Care, Financial, Insurance, Education and Government Sectors.

File Vault is dedicated to continuing the records management expertise that Creative Office Systems/TAB has offered for the past 24 years. File Vault is a member of PRISM International which is the Professional Records Information Services Management organization. Our "cradle to grave" approach to records management is very unique in the industry and our 24 years of records management experience qualifies us to continue a high level of expertise in storing and retrieving critical documents.

Records Management Services...... Not Just Storage !!!

You may choose to store your retired files with us, because it is less expensive than storing them in a mini-storage. Or, it eliminates the disruption of sending yourself, or another of your staff to a storage site, when they need to be doing something more productive. Or, it may be because no one likes digging through the dust of storage boxes in a hot or cold warehouse environment.

Our Service will index your files within boxes and put that data into our computer (or you may choose to do it yourself on our secured web module at a lower cost). Files and boxes may be retrieved on our web module without the need for a phone call or fax request. Numeous reports(inventory, expired boxes, invoices, etc.) are available via our web module at no charge. Our computer system is backed up on a daily basis and backup tapes are securely stored offsite for disaster recovery purposes.

Our local delivery service is available same day or next day. Rush orders are available within one hour. For our clients with offices outside of Greater Rochester or nationwide, we have overnight delivery available. If you have records that should be destroyed after a certain date, we will notify you when the time comes, and you will have the option of telling us to go ahead with destruction or handling it yourself. Should you need a document faxed or scanned from a file to your office, we are readily equipped to provide the service. A Certificate of Destruction is submitted for all shredding services performed. Our destruction facility is NAID certified.
